Kerry Katona has revealed her partner Paolo Margaglione is in trouble after a shock move on his part. The singer and reality star met Paolo on Celebs Go Dating and they’ve been inseparable ever since.
The 45-year-old singer has revealed her partner, 34, annoyed her this week when he pulled a prank at her, and she quipped it nearly ended in him “being put on the naughty step”.
Speaking to new! magazine about Paolo’s prank, she said: “Paolo tried to prank me and pretend he shaved all his hair off so he’s been grounded for life and put on the naughty step! Our relationship is full of laughs.
Before meeting Paolo, I didn’t realise how starved I was of conversing and knowing someone’s thoughts and feelings. We’re so open and honest with one another, even in awkward moments.
“People think because we met on a reality show, it’s all rainbows and unicorns, but this is a real relationship. I would still fancy him even if he had no hair on his head because he has a beautiful soul that outshines everything.”
It comes after Kerry told OK! about her love story with Paolo – and how she plans to get married to him one day.
“We will 100 per cent get married,” she said. Paolo added: “I’m not just doing it for the sake of doing it. We’re trying to build something really special together, so I want it to be the right moment.”
Kerry and Paolo met on Celebs Go Dating, but there was one moment they wanted off camera. She said: “They were so adamant for me to say it on camera to him.
“I said, ‘Listen, you guys have taught me to protect my boundaries and this is my boundary. I do love Paolo, but I’m not going to say that on camera because that’s just for me and him, because I’m deadly serious about him. I’m giving my all to him and I wanna keep that just for me and him.'”
Just a few weeks later, Paolo moved in with Kerry and the rest was history. Their focus has always been her children – Molly, 24, Lilly-Sue, 23, Heidi, 18, Max, 17, and 11-year-old Dylan-Jorge.
“Blending families can be challenging. You’ve got a lot to think about. The kids have their routine with Kerry and mine have their routine with me. But we’re in a really nice place with the kids,” Paolo said.
