Mike Brown knows. Oh, yes. You bet he knows. Hell, he sees just as many Knicks games as you do, even if you own all 37 streaming services required to watch every Knicks game. And he sees them up close. He sees them in practice, and in film sessions, on planes and on trains, like the one that shuttled the Knicks back and forth from Philadelphia on Wednesday night.

And don’t think he isn’t every bit as curious as you are that the Knicks can suffer their most dispiriting loss of the year Tuesday — to the tankapaloozing Pacers, no less, at Madison Square Garden, no less — and follow that 24 hours later with one of the most perfect performances allowable within the constraints of the rules of basketball.

On the road, no less.

A 49-point win, no less.
