In her 1992 wedding picture, 20-year-old Kristi Noem looked totally different, with huge blonde curls and decked out in her bridal attire. Her brushed eyebrows and sparkly teeth complemented her beauty. But her fairly thin lips in her wedding picture have grabbed attention, which now look fuller. With age, the lips lose collagen, but in Kristi’s case, she got fuller lips.

By 2019, when Kristi was elected governor of South Dakota, her changed appearance was widely discussed on social media. Kristi’s wider eyes, plumped-up cheeks, and newly tattooed brows had caught people talking about her plastic surgeries. One of the X users wrote:

Despite such dramatic changes in her looks, Kristi has never addressed the reports of going under the knife. In a video, Kristi spoke about her bike accident, which left her without any front teeth. Talking about her dental procedure, she said:

Expert plastic surgeon talks about Kristi Noem’s changed looks

While there has been a lot of chatter around Kristi Noem’s changed looks, popular plastic surgeon, Dr Joel Kopelman from Kopelman Aesthetic Surgery, spoke about the same. In a chat with Glam, Kopelman stated that Kristi used Botox and fillers. Talking about the same, he said:

“The skin on her neck appears tighter, her facial contours more defined, and her skin tone and texture are dramatically improved. … It’s likely she’s undergone a neck lift and a mini facelift.”

Not just this, he also feels Nicki might have spent a considerable amount on these enhancements. As per him, her makeover has come up with a hefty price tag of at least USD 25,000. Apart from the neck and face lift, Kopelman pointed out the top-ups and tweaks like the lip fillers and flowy hair extensions, which can further increase the price tag.
