Liam Payne’s girlfriend Kate Cassidy has finally revealed the full list of cosmetic procedures she’s had done to her face and body. The 26-year-old took to her Instagram page this week, where she opened up to her fans about her procedures.
The star looked as stunning as ever as she spoke to the camera about the tweaks she’s had. She went on to say that she has had a nose job, lip, cheek and chin filler, Botox on her forehead and crow’s feet and a breast augmentation.
Kate shared before-and-after photos of her nose job as she said that she “hates when people lie” about the treatments they’ve undergone.
She said: “I wanted to come on here and talk about the things that are fake about me, I’m talking about looks and appearances. The reason I am bringing this up once again is 1. I hate when people lie about things they have had done and 2. The other day I was at a restaurant and got questioned why I look different to my ID photo.

“Honestly, I really haven’t had that much done, I don’t think it’s that much but also, who cares. The most obvious thing I had done was my nose. Lip filler obviously, cheek filler, chin filler, Botox on my forehead, Botox here [pointing to her crow’s feet].”
She added: “The only thing I have had done to my body so far is the girls [breast augmentation], I have 400CC, over the muscle because I had to begin with moderate profile. I actually ended up getting all my filler dissolved before I got my nose job done which was about two years ago.”
Kate then captioned her post: “Always open to post more before pics too!!” This comes as it was reported that Kate is ready to find love again after Liam Payne’s death.
Liam died in 2024 after falling from a hotel balcony in Buenos Aires, Argentina. A toxicology report afterwards showed alcohol, cocaine and a prescription antidepressant in his system.
A source told The Daily Mail that Kate is starting to move on by hanging out with friends again and being open to dating.
They said: “She’s hanging out with friends and she’s open to dating again, although she’s not quite there yet. There was a point where she was definitely not okay, but she’s getting better now.”
They went on to say that there were “months” where Kate didn’t even smile. The source said: “There were months where I literally didn’t see her smile, and I was seeing her every day. It was so concerning, she didn’t even seem like herself. She cancelled a lot of hangouts and just was almost a recluse.”
Kate often speaks about her relationship with Liam on her Instagram page, including sharing tributes on the one-year anniversary of his death this month.
