Now for some news to make you “Smile.”
Lily Allen just announced the North American leg of her ‘West End Girl Tour,’ in support of her recently-released fifth studio album.
While in the U.S. and Canada, she’ll play the new album in full at nine auditoriums, music halls and theaters from April 3-28, 2026.
That includes gigs at NYC’s Radio City Music Hall on Tuesday, April 14 and Brooklyn’s Kings Theatre on Wednesday, April 15.
“I made this record in December 2024, and it was a way for me to process what was happening in my life,” Allen, 40, told Vogue, cautiously referring to her husband, actor David Harbour, whom she has since separated from due to his alleged infidelity.
“There are things that are on the record that I experienced within my marriage, but that’s not to say that it’s all gospel,” she adde. “It is inspired by what went on in the relationship…confusion, sorrow, grief, helplessness.”
The resulting record has since received almost universal accolades across the board.
“With an album that doubles as an insider’s account of a tabloid divorce, the singer finds a new evolution of her signature style: Lightness isn’t a foil for irony, but a vehicle for hurt,” Pitchfork noted.
“…it is precisely the incursion of the grittily personal into her music—the brusque, meat-and-potatoes diarism of ‘dinner on the table, tell the kids it’s time to eat’ and ‘Duane Reade bag with the handles tied’ and ‘I wrote a little email’—that draws these airy, catchy tunes down into experience,” The Paris Review added.
Ahead of the international tour, which includes significantly more European dates than North American, Allen will serve as the musical guest on “Saturday Night Live” alongside host and “Knives Out: Wake Up, Dead Man” star Josh O’Connor.
Based on our findings at Set List FM, that will be her first live performance since August 2019.
Lily Allen tickets become available first for select dates through an artist pre-sale that starts Wednesday, Dec. 10 at 10 am local time.

Lily Allen new music
On Oct. 24, Allen released her fifth studio album “West End Girl.”
It’s a wallop.
Against a backdrop of pleasing arrangements, the Grammy nominee delivers hard-earned truths about her turbulent relationship with Harbour that went sour.
While the record really should be listened to in its entirety, we recommend starting with the charming, dream-like, album opener “West End Girl” before hopping to the gorgeous, jangly piano pop “Tennis” and then the urgent, confrontational epic “Madeline” where the gloves come off. They’re all exquisite.
Don’t miss out on the equally hypnotic “4chan Stan” either. On a purely aesthetic level, it’s a dance-y bop; as a piece of storytelling, Allen’s putting on a masterclass in painting vivid pictures with her words.

PS: “Nonmonogamummy” featuring Specialist Moss is also a must-listen.
