Olivia “Livvy” Dunne is coming to the silver screen near you in the fall.
The former national championship-winning LSU gymnast will be part of Fox’s “Baywatch” reboot, getting cast as a “highly enthusiastic junior lifeguard” named Grace, which will be a recurring role on the show.
It will mark Dunne’s first foray into acting, although she has been a fixture in an ongoing ad campaign from Fanatics Sportsbook.
“Time to get to work!!” she wrote on social media after news of her role on the show broke.
The 23-year-old social media influencer might have been hinting at her latest career move when she spoke with People earlier in March and revealed that she had been taking acting lessons and had really been enjoying it.
“It’s something I’ve been passionate about for quite some time,” she told the outlet. “I was interested in doing that at LSU, but sports are your top priority when you’re a student-athlete at school; school and sports, but really gymnastics was my main focus.”
She later said, “And now that I’m done with school, I have more time to lean into the acting stuff and the creative side of things.”
Dunne, who has been dating baseball superstar Paul Skenes since their time at LSU, had also hinted at a new job earlier this week.
She had posted that she was missing Skenes’ start on Monday night in the World Baseball Classic for Team USA because “Ya girls gotta work.”
It wasn’t clear, though, if she was referring to the “Baywatch” gig.

TMZ reported that the “cast currently in place” held its first table read last week.
The reboot of the hit 1990s TV show is set to include Stephen Amell, Shay Mitchell, Jessica Belkin, Hassie Harrison, Thaddeus LaGrone, Brooks Nader, Noah Beck and David Chokachi.
Amell will play the son of David Hasselhoff’s character, Mitch Buchannon, from the original show.
“Baywatch” is slated to launch in the fall on Fox as part of the network’s 2026-27 season.
