The Apprentice star, Luisa Zissmann, who relocated to Dubai in December, has flown home to the UK after days of terrifying missile strikes and suicide drone attacks in the UAE
Luisa Zissman has shared a meme mocking those who have fled Dubai following the devastating war in the Middle East. The UAE has been hit by a number of missile strikes and suicide drone attacks after the US and Israel waged war with Iran last month.
Apprentice star, Luisa, 38, who relocated to Dubai in December with her millionaire husband and two of her three children, flew home to the UK this week along with a number of tourists in the country as the unrest, sadly, shows no sign of abating. However, the mum-of-three now appears to have mocked those escaping Dubai after branding the mecca for influencers the ‘safest country in the world‘.

After flying back to the UK on Monday, Luisa shared a clip of the now viral bored-looking actor, Cillian Murphy, meme as she made her feelings clear on the panic many have expressed at being trapped in Dubai for days. The text alongside the meme, in which the Irish actor looks distinctly unimpressed while being interviewed, read: “Everyone in (UAE flags) seeing tourists talk in interviews like they just came back from the frontlines.”

Earlier on Tuesday, Luisa, who told telling her 712,000 Instagram followers she always planned to come back this week to record episodes of her podcast LuAnna, but had decided to bring her daughters over fears they may not be able to get back to Dubai, announced she was in her “refugee era”.
Admitting she was scared about returning to London in a clip as she walked through Chinatown, she announced: “Back in Blighty. I’m in Chinatown, I’m heading into the Global studios this morning.
“Obviously I am no longer in Dubai, I was due back for work anyway so I came back with the kids, they’re on school holidays now and I just wanted to bring them back with me.” She paused as she looked around the capital, nervously, admitting: “I’m really paranoid someone is going to steal my phone. I’m now in my refugee era, displaced from my home.”
Luisa then praised the UAE for delivering her safely back to London as she spoke about her “very, very easy” journey home. She continued: “It was actually fine leaving, it was very, very easy, we went through Oman, took us about 15 minutes to get through the border then flew out from Muscat to Heathrow. Back with Team Luanna for the next two days and I’m very excited to see my crew, and I’m very f**king cold and it’s very grey.”
Luisa is just one of the many famous faces who relocated to the UAE in recent years for a jet-set life in the tax-free haven. There has so far been a mixed response from those reporting from Dubai, with some influencers and reality stars claiming they feel ‘completely safe’, while others have admitted the fear they have been feeling during the missile strikes.
