Anticipation for Salman Khan’s upcoming Battle of Galwan is soaring amongst audiences. The makers are releasing the special tracks from the movie one after the other. Following the phenomenal response to Matrubhumi, the makers unveiled the much-awaited Valentine’s Day special romantic track, Main Hoon. The song features Salman Khan alongside Chitrangda Singh. It tenderly captures the emotional core of the film and adds a soulful layer to its narrative. While the song portrays the love angle of a soldier, real-life hero Colonel Sarabjit Singh (Retd), it also offers a heartfelt reflection of love in a soldier’s life. Interestingly, Salman Khan Films pays tribute to retired veterans and their families with the song.

The makers dropped an endearing video featuring Colonel Sarabjit Singh (Retd) along with his better half, Mrs. Ikwinder Singh. The video is an apt tribute to the retired veterans and their families. Having served in the Indian Army from 1977 to 2005 in the 9th Unit, Bihar Regiment, Colonel Sarabjit Singh led operations such as Operation Rakshak, Operation Rhino, Operation Vijay and Operation Pawan.

In the video, they spoke about the life of a soldier’s wife and how she played a pivotal role in his journey. From staying apart for long periods, to teaching his wife how to handle a pistol in case of any untoward incident, to missing home-cooked kadhi chawal and parathas and cherishing family photographs as his biggest support system, their story reflects the strong bond of love between a soldier and his wife. Moreover, beyond being a brave Army couple, they are also proud parents of Miss India winner Hasleen Kaur.

The song, on the other hand, tenderly portrays the contrast in a soldier’s family life. It shows the warmth of happy days spent at home, followed by the ache of separation when duty calls. This emotional shift is woven into the narrative and makes the song both intimate and deeply moving.

Battle of Galwan is produced by Salma Khan under the banner of Salman Khan Films, with Apoorva Lakhia as the director.
