Libby and Andrew are 16 years apart

Next up is a couple with a striking 16-year age gap and very different life stages. Libby, a 22-year-old social media manager from San Diego, says she’s done dating younger men and is now looking for an older, emotionally mature partner who knows what he wants. Andrew, a 38-year-old bar owner from Baltimore and a single father of two, describes himself as a hopeless romantic hoping for a The Holiday-style fairy-tale ending. Despite their differences, both share the same goal: falling hopelessly in love. 

Vanessa and Logan have a 20-year age gap

This couple was born literally two decades apart. Vanessa, 49, owns a salon in Ohio and has previously been engaged four times and has quite a reputation for only dating younger men. However, after being almost married four times, she is entering the experiment with no strict “perfect guy” condition. She just wants an “honest, dependable, accountable” man who can match her energy. On the other hand, Logan, a 29-year-old corporate purchasing professional, says he’s ready for a partner who enjoys life but still allows him to keep his “main character energy.” Well, it appears that both are walking into the experiment to have a great time.

Pfeifer and Derrick are also 20 years apart

Despite their glaring age difference, Pfeifer and Derrick are one of the pairs that clicked almost instantly after walking into the show. Pfeifer is a 23-year-old graphic designer from Seattle who likes to describe herself as a “whirlwind of fun”, knows her worth, and is looking for someone who can embrace her “wild card” energy and doesn’t play it safe. Meanwhile, Derrick is a 43-year-old medical salesman and father of two based in Dallas who is always travelling and wants a partner who can match his high-energy lifestyle. The pair’s high energy levels matched almost instantly, and they knew they would choose each other, no matter the ages.

Theresa and John have a 27-year age gap

Yes, you read that right! This couple’s age difference clocks in at 27 years. Theresa, 54, is a yoga teacher, stylist, and model who believes age is more about energy than numbers. Meanwhile, her match, John, is an ambitious 27-year-old software sales professional building a clothing brand in Miami, who is in search of a mature woman who can match his energy and level of ambition. It looks like their pairing is surprisingly aligned despite the generational gap. And they are already having a great time!

Vanelle and Jorge are more than three decades apart

If you thought the 27-year age gap was already too much, think again, because this couple has a staggering 33-year age gap, which came as a shock to everyone on the show. Vanelle, a 27-year-old project manager from Dallas, entered the experiment openly, saying she preferred dating older men because she wanted someone emotionally mature. While she certainly got that, her “dating older men” criterion landed her with someone who is generations apart. While Vanelle admitted her father warned her about dating someone more than ten years older, she quickly fell for Jorge, a 60-year-old Los Angeles attorney who also pursues filmmaking on the side. Whether they become the ultimate pairing, only time will tell.
