For the Jets, it should be: “Can’t anybody here make a play?”
It was striking to see the talent discrepancy between the Jets and Dolphins in Sunday’s 34-10 Miami blowout. The Dolphins are not a great team. They are 6-7 and fired their GM at midseason. Yet, they looked like the varsity compared to the Jets’ JV out of the gate Sunday.
To put it simply, the Dolphins have playmakers. Other than their kick returners, the Jets do not.
