Olivia Attwood shared more thoughts online after the breakdown of her marriage to footballer Bradley Dack after just over two years
Olivia Attwood is preparing for single life following her split from Bradley Dack and shared a telling post on social media. The presenter, who rose to fame after appearing on Love Island, split from the footballer after almost two and a half years married.
And despite previously admitting to crying herself to sleep, Olivia has shared a defiant message as she moves on with her life. Olivia, 34, reposted a quote that read: “If you’re worried about the cost of going for it you should see the price of staying exactly where you are.”
A source previously told the Mirror Olivia and Bradley’s relationship was past the point of repair after the Gillingham FC footballer “crossed the line”.
“Ultimately it was because of a breach of trust on Bradley’s part,” the source said. “It crossed a line and was the straw that broke the camel’s back, so to speak. She’s heartbroken and just trying to process it all at the moment.”

The had initially met over 10 years ago before Olivia appeared on Love Island.
After getting together, the pair later split after Olivia discovered Bradley had cheated early in their relationship. However, they worked things out and Bradley went on to propose in 2019.
The duo tied the knot in 2023 but by 2026 they are no longer an item. And speaking for the first time following their split, Olivia took to social media.
Sharing a post on Instagram, Olivia said: “I keep opening Instagram to post but I don’t know what to say or do ? lol Vulnerability is not my bag!!! Especially on social media, it feels very much like bleeding in shark infested waters.
“I cry myself to sleep, then business as normal when the alarm goes off at 5am and it has been like that for a long time. But also so much change in such a short amount of time (you know I hate that) (Taurus).
“I never expected to be moving into this apartment alone. And I’m in over my depth for sure. I want to be happy. I want Brad to be happy. Just one day at a time. For both of us. & anyone else who needs to read this.”
Last week Olivia showed off her new London apartment, having moved out of the plush £1million home she once shared with Bradley. Their dream pad had his-and-hers walk-in wardrobes, a swimming pool and sprawling gardens for their rescue dogs Lola and Stitch – and when she moved out in December, Olivia shared an emotional video, declaring, “Next chapter pending.”
