Pete Wicks asked his podcast guest for advice about who he should date, and what he should look for in a potential partner, as rumours swirl about his relationship with Olivia Attwood
Podcaster and influencer Pete Wicks has aimed a brutal dig at his exes after he was spotted kissing Olivia Attwood. Pete, 37, was photographed locking lips with former Love Island star Olivia, 34, in a bar in Soho, London, last Friday.
Olivia had been married to Bradley Dack since June 2023, but the couple separated earlier this year. Pete has since spoken about his relationships on his Staying Relevant podcast.
Opening up about being single in his late 30s, 87-year-old social media influencer and celebrity interviewer Grime Gran (real name Margaret Keefe), who appeared on the podcast, was asked about what sort of woman would suit Pete. She advised: “You want someone stable.”
Pete then replied, with a mischievous laugh, in reference to his exes: “Yeah, most of them have been unhinged.”
Grime Gran countered: “You want someone that’s stable and more like your sort. I think you’ve been looking at the wrong sort. I think you need a homely person.
“Someone homely. Not someone that wants to go here, there and everywhere. You need someone homely….and someone that can keep you in check.”
Olivia has also commented on relationships on her own Olivia’s House podcast. Whilst interviewing model Amy Jackson Westwick, the star touched on the matter of her relationship status.
In a part of the podcast discussing icks and social media etiquette, specifically about one’s partner following other women on social media and whether that’s wrong, she confirmed her relationship status. Olivia admitted: “So – oh god this is like one of my biggest icks now that I’m single.”
Olivia’s ex Bradley had originally proposed to her in 2019 before a multi-year engagement. In the same podcast, Olivia spoke about him getting down on one knee on a beach in Dubai.
Nearly a decade on from the proposal, Olivia says this is now something she thinks is distasteful.
She said: “Can I just say this before you judge me? I feel like we were one of the very first couples on my Instagram to do Dubai on the beach.
“Now, if someone did Dubai on the beach I would say no because it’s just… if I see one more Burj Al Arab engagement I’ll vomit. No offence to anyone’s engagement but when we did it…”
Although Olivia and Bradley split in January, the exact reasons for the breakdown in their marriage have not been disclosed, apart from stating there had been a “breach of trust” on Bradley’s part.
