Princess Andre has hit out at ‘awful’ comments taking aim at her mum Katie Price’s weight and revealed it’s put her off of sharing more content featuring her mum.
The 18 year old posted a mini vlog on her Instagram and TikTok of herself and Katie, 47, on a shopping trip in central London. The fun mother-daughter day out wasn’t received well by some online users as they opted to post cruel comments about Katie’s weight, calling her a “walking skeleton”.
While there has been concern from fans over Katie’s weight in recent months – with Katie even revealing she’d booked a doctor’s appointment to get to the bottom of her weight loss – the trolling comments are a step too far for Princess.

Speaking in a recent interview, the star’s protective daughter explained that while she sees her mum Katie and dad Peter Andre “all the time”, she doesn’t post about them much, which sparks fan demand to see content with them. Recalling the shopping trip video, Princess said: “Me and mum went out shopping and it was such a good day out, we had so much fun, then the amount of comments [on the video] about how she looks….. I’ve never seen anything like it.”
She added to The Sun: “I understand she looks skinny, we’ve all told her, but what gives you the right to comment on someone’s appearance?” Princess continued: “When I get that sort of feedback on videos of me and my Mum, it just makes me want to not post her and not show people how much fun we actually have.”
The budding star, who’s reality show is set to release a second series, then branded the cruel comments as “awful”. Meanwhile Princess revealed her mum does feature in her reality TV series, and even teased a reunion between her parents – who recently called a truce after a nine year bitter fallout.
Princess told the Mirror in a recent interview: “You’ll still see mum and dad in it, just not physically. But the good thing is now my parents have come out with this agreement to be fine, so hopefully season three they will actually be in it. It’s so good as now there’s just no issues.” Ex couple Katie and Peter, who met on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!, released a surprising statement earlier this year announcing their decision to “close the door on the past and move forward into a new chapter with positivity and respect”.
It added: “We are both focused on creating a calm and supportive environment for our children.” The joint statement continued: “We have reached a mutual agreement, both legally and personally confirming that neither of us will speak negatively about the other going forward. This decision reflects a shared commitment to our family and stability.”
It ended with: “We want to stand united for our children. We are hoping this is a start of a positive relationship. We ask for understanding and support from both the media and the public as we move ahead.”
