RACE 1
9. Rachini is a promising metropolitan-based juvenile that drops back from Group 2 Saturday company for her second start. Was only four lengths from Chayan and with first use of the inside ground, she can open her account. 8. Promenade chased okay on debut at Warwick Farm, and is a threat from a sound trailing draw. 4. Universe worked home well enough on debut at Canterbury, and is over the odds; while 2. Somethings Burnin’ and at bigger odds 10. Stunning Future, are improving into their second starts and can figure in the minor money.

RACE 2
Smart filly 5. Hellabella resumes for a second full preparation from the inside gate for the Gai Waterhouse and Adrian Bott stable, and is likely to jump a pronounced favourite. Has been very strong in winning both trials, and will either roll to the top or sit behind. 6. Loreal Belle is a stablemate by Written Tycoon, and drawn right alongside, on debut behind two progressive trials. Big watch too on 4. Written Doll, a first starter by Written By that draws well, and has been given a month since a dominant trial win at Warwick Farm. 7. Malaku is a filly by Extreme Choice, and betting watch on debut for the Joe Pride stable having won the second of two trials. 2. Canal resumes for his third start behind two improving trials, with a gear change.

RACE 3
4. Almaaz is a progressive filly in the Chris Waller stable and well-placed to break through at her fourth start after surging home late to unluckily miss by a long head in a Super Maiden Rosehill where an unsuccessful protest was lodged for late interference. Can park a little close in transit here up to the mile from a softer draw. 3. Decalogue comes through that same race as the top selection closing off late, and gear changes have been made. 2. Nordic Viking can rebound third-up after failing to finish off at Warwick Farm when backed from $3.60 into $2.80. Gap to the rest headed by 6. Think Itz You that has beaten all bar the winner in his last two, and drawn to get a soft run off speed. 10. Lilac Girl comes through a solid first-up effort at Newcastle.

RACE 4
3. Shirvington is a talented four-year-old in the Bjorn Baker stable primed to pounce first-up off two forward trials. Won twice at this track last preparation, including a strong BM 68 sprint before not far away in tougher grade at Warwick Farm. All four career wins from seven starts have come either fresh or second-up, and he will roll forward from wide out and sit off the fence over his pet trip. 4. Don’t Doubt Merlin is building a tidy record after sweeping home to win a BM 64 here second-up, running a slick final 600m, and drops in weight for this tougher grade. 6. Wootton Lass is another second-up winner, finishing best to claim a BM 72 at Warwick Farm, and shapes as the best weighted runner carrying only half kilo over the 54kg minimum. 1. Wondereach was beaten under three lengths in steeper metro BM 94 company third-up, although naturally has to carry a big weight back at provincial level. Big gap to the rest headed by 7. Welcome Gypsy resuming from a low draw off two trials.

RACE 5
7. Lunar Lover is hard fit, unbeaten from two starts on soft ground, and can make it two wins from his last four. Swept home for a dominant provincial win in weaker grade three starts ago before finishing a neck away in BM 78 metro company. Didn’t finish off at Rosehill after being backed from $3.40 into $2.90. 4. Stylebender is trained on the course, and going great guns having won his last two in the city up to BM 78 level, and beating the top selection in the most recent. Comes back in trip three weeks between runs, but gets in well after the jockey’s 3kg claim. 1. Golden Century has been given a quiet trial since beaten a long way in a tougher race at Randwick, but has to lump a big weight from an awkward gate. 5. Cormac T comes off a six week freshen and quiet trial after a plain effort at Rosehill. 8. Subarctic drawn the inside and coming through similar form-lines is the best of the rest.

RACE 6
4. Caesar is a smart three-year-old supremely placed to make it two straight wins this preparation, despite being five weeks between outings after missing a run. Swept home to win a BM 64 at Canterbury first-up, and has been kept up to the mark with a nice trial win over 1030m in soft going. 10. Hay Street led all the way to claim his maiden at Rosehill as a hot favourite second-up. 3. Zouripper resumes from the inside off two improving trials. 9. Pick Up The Tab is a big watch returning for his first run in nearly 10 months from a wide draw. 5. Ready To Shine off a third-up win at Warwick Farm can add value into wider exotic plays.

RACE 7
1. Emirate can improve second-up and naturally fitter, finds a very winnable race, especially if the track is comfortably in soft range. 2. Formal Display is a sparingly raced and imported five-year-old resuming off two forward trials. In the money through a progressive campaign last spring in tougher races, and he’s a reliable weight carrier who will roll across from a wider gate. 9. Hopper has been given three weeks and a soft trial since a dominant win at Kembla in weaker class. 7. Diddle Dumpling down in weight, 11. Vienna Vixen beaten a long neck at Warwick Farm a fortnight ago and drawn the inside, and 13. Slinky who did her best work late third-up at Warwick Farm can all fight for minor money; those last two both scratched from the closing race to be saved for this.

RACE 8
2. Maybe Moet is a smart mare, and stiff not to win third-up at Canterbury when missing by a neck. That came after sweeping home for an effortless win in lesser grade, and she’s right at her peak this preparation over more ground. Can take her winning strike rate to nearly 40 per cent capping a big day for the Waller yard. 5. Spaceballs charged home to win a lesser grade at Hawkesbury, and then looked home at Newcastle before being collared by a good one late. 7. Jaegers has to overcome a wide draw. 12. Bubbles Up is an emerging filly from the Waterhouse-Bott stable who led all the way on debut at Rosehill, but also draws right off the track. 1. Burj also drawn out after leading all the way to beat a similar field at Canterbury, and 10. Seastraand off a tough front-running win in weaker class at Hawkesbury; head the rest.
