Now, a source revealed to Firstpost that the ‘VIROSH’ wedding would have a high security alert. The insider shared that the security team reportedly underwent intensive training for nearly three weeks ahead of the couple’s intimate wedding in Udaipur. The source was quoted as saying:

“The security team reportedly underwent nearly three weeks of intensive training ahead of the wedding to ensure flawless execution and complete safety.”

For the unversed, Rashmika and Vijay’s mehendi and sangeet sessions will be held on February 25, 2026. The Haldi ceremony has been arranged at the hotel’s courtyard. And on February 26, 2026, the duo will officially be husband and wife. On February 23, 2026, the couple was seen enjoying a fun-filled pool party and a cosy pink-green themed dinner.

On February 22, 2026, the Animal actress took to her Instagram Stories, and shared a note. In the note, she announced her wedding to Vijay Deverakonda. She revealed that their wedding’s name is ‘VIROSH’. For the uninitiated, the cute tag was given to the duo by their fans. Later, Vijay also reshared the note. Rashmika wrote:

“Our Dearest loves, Before we made any plans, before we chose anything for ourselves, you were already there. With so much love, you gave us a name. You called us ‘VIROSH’. So today — with full hearts, we name our coming together in your honour. We would like to name it —‘The Wedding of VIROSH’. Thank you for holding us with so much love. You are a part of us — always.
