Selling Sunset is back on Netflix and there has been plenty of drama surrounding Emma Hernan and her boyfriend Blake Davis.
Emma introduced Blake to her friends Chrishell Stause and Chelsea Lazkani, but Chrishell had her reservations.
Blake also has a real estate background, as the agent from Atlanta works for his family-owned business, Davis Development.
Emma admitted she liked how Blake was so family-oriented and unveiled his father was also part of inventing microwave popcorn.
Blake proposed to Emma during the series, but Emma ended things with him until recently.

What is the age gap between Emma Hernan and Blake Davis?
While Emma is 33 years old, Blake recently celebrated his 28th birthday, meaning there is an age gap of five years.
The pair broke up during filming for the ninth season, which took place at the start of 2025.
However, in October, Blake posted photos of himself and Emma from their holiday on Instagram.
She also replied ‘Love You babe’ in the comments section.
Following the trip to the Providenciales, Turks And Caicos Islands, they were pictured with their arms around one another, looking happy.
Emma responded: “Turks with bae” followed by a love heart emoji, suggesting they are still in love.
Blake is not only interested in real estate, as the Blake Davis Properties website says his “other investment strategy emphasizes acquiring raw land for long-term holding, capitalizing on appreciating real estate markets, hard money lending, and other strategic joint ventures from a large array of fields to build generational wealth for his future family”.
Emma described him as a “real estate heir” and The Cinemaholic estimated his fortune to be around $5 billion.
His wealth is evident on his Instagram page and he has shared plenty of photos showcasing his life of luxury.
