One such similar situation is with Suhana Khan, who is all geared up for her next project, and what’s interesting is that she is not starring with Shah Rukh Khan, but she will also be trained by him for her upcoming film, King. Farah Khan recently made this revelation that the King of Bollywood has turned guide and mentor for his daughter’s major cinematic leap.
This revelation came when Danube Properties announced a Rs 4,000 crore commercial tower project in Dubai named after Shah Rukh. Farah Khan and the king attended this event in Dubai, and it was during their on-stage chat that the revelation took place.
Speaking about how Shah Rukh Khan has been deeply involved in in Suhana’s preparations for the King. She said, “Shah Rukh’s son Aryan has made the most kick-a web series: The Ba*ds of Bollywood. Suhana is so hardworking. She is now going to be in King. I know that you are training her in action.”
This revelation not only spoke about Suhana’s dedication but also Shah Rukh’s commitment as a father.
About King
On Shah Rukh’s 60th birthday, the first look of King was unveiled, marking it as one of his most intense cinematic transformations. He described the role as “a very dark and character” and elaborated:
“King ka jo character hai, bohot hi interesting hai. Siddharth aur Sujoy (Ghosh) ne bohot prem se likha hai. Aur usme bohot saari buraaiyaan hain. Khooni hai, logo ko maar deta hai aur poochta bhi nahi.”
He added, “The character in King is very interesting. Siddharth and Sujay have written him with a lot of love. He comes with a lot of vices. He is a murderer. He kills people and doesn’t even ask.”
The film is directed by Siddharth Anand and will release in 2026. The film has an ensemble star cast featuring Deepika Padukone, Suhana Khan, Jackie Shroff, Anil Kapoor, Arshad Warsi, Rani Mukerji, Abhishek Bachchan, Jaideep Ahlawat, and Abhay Verma, among others. Suhana previously debuted in Zoya Akhtar’s The Archies, and King now stands as her second big-screen project.
