Stacey Solomon has shared her go-to cleaning gadget on social media, and the Shark VacMop 2-in-1 vacuum mop is now on sale at Amazon for £69, down from £99.99
Stacey Solomon has recently turned to social media to rave about one of her favourite cleaning gadgets. The mum of five regularly dishes out advice on maintaining a spotless household, alongside showcasing the tools and contraptions that help her stay on top of domestic duties.
The Sort Your Life Out host revealed her ultimate cleaning companion that handles several tasks simultaneously: the Shark VacMop 2-in-1 Cordless Hard Floor Vacuum Spray Mop, which she previously championed on Instagram for its “incredible” capabilities when doing speedy cleans between more intensive sessions.
“The best thing I purchased in 2025. I literally barely ever use my big hoover,” Stacey told her followers. “I mean you can tell how much I use this, like nine times a day, with the kids and the dogs and everyone running in. I don’t even bother with the hoover, I just get this out. It’s changed my whole entire life. This has saved me so much time and effort. It was worth every single penny.”
The Shark VacMop 2-in-1 Cordless Vacuum Mop is currently available for £69, slashed from its usual £99.99 price tag, courtesy of Amazon’s time-limited promotion.
The Shark VacMop is entirely cordless and featherlight, making it ideal for swift clean-ups of any spillages or marks. It’s equipped to handle everything from sticky, wet disasters and pet fur to crumbs and grime, and works as both a vacuum and mop across hard floor surfaces, reports the Mirror.
The vacuum mop is ‘engineered to merge powerful suction and spray mopping’ into a single convenient gadget, according to the retailer’s website. It’s able to both suck up dirt and absorb liquid messes, all courtesy of one disposable pad attached to the base.
Shoppers can bid farewell to dragging cumbersome corded vacuums about, as this model is completely cordless. It also boasts a targeted spray function for persistent or tricky stains and is simple to look after thanks to its ‘no-touch’ disposable pads, which can be replaced after every use.
However, Stacey revealed that she buys her own reusable pads, the ZaKaBox 3 Pads VACMOP Refill Pads, adding that the mop and pads combo is the “best thing you’ll ever get, it’s so good.”
In a previous post regarding the Shark gadget, Stacey characterised the vacuum as: “Lightweight, cordless, good as any flat mops with the added bonus of a light vacuum.”
She further observed that whilst it’s not designed for deep cleaning, it’s “Not a deep cleaner but INCREDIBLE for the constant in between, especially with kids and pets.”
Stacey offered an honest assessment, pointing out certain limitations of the Shark VacMop. She remarked, “Hate the disposable pads, but you can get reusable. It does still smoosh fine dust around like any other flat mops IMO, but I’m yet to find anything that doesn’t.”
Customers who’ve snapped up Stacey’s Shark vacuum mop are full of praise. One 5-star reviewer enthuses: “This is a great buy worth every penny, I wish I had bought it sooner, so easy to use and easy to empty, just love it, and I bought reusable pads after disposable ones were done.”
Another chuffed customer gushes: “Absolutely love this, it is so convenient with hard floors. Previously I had to get the vacuum out or the dustpan and brush, then the mop – now I just grab this, pick up the bits and wash.”
However, they echo Stacey’s complaint: “Only downfall is the cost of the mop heads, I try to make them last but they’re not very big so get dirty quite quickly.”
A third shopper comments: “Loving this so far, it hoovers really well and being able to mop is brilliant. Saw this being tested by Stacy Solomon, so glad I did.”
If you’re open to splashing out a bit more, alternative models worth considering include the Vax Glide 2 Wet and Dry Hard Floor Vacuum Cleaner, currently priced at £350 at Argos, or the Hyundai 3000W 100L 2-In-1 Wet and Dry Vacuum Cleaner, retailing for £239.99.
