Stacey Solomon’s Mother’s Day post this year was a far cry from last year’s offering as she posted an emotional message alongside a photo without her husband, Joe Swash.
Stacey Solomon today addressed rumours she had split from Joe Swash after she was spotted without her wedding ring. It came after the former X Factor star showcased a very different Mother’s Day to the one she enjoyed the previous year.
The presenter, 36, has been married to former EastEnders star Joe, 44, since 2022 but fans began to suggest that things had gone awry earlier this week when Stacey was spotted without her ring. Over the weekend, Stacey also shared an image of her with her five kids – but no Joe.
Alongside the black and white snap, Stacey wrote: “My Life’s Work… When I’m with you I remember what it’s all about. No one can bring us down as long as we have each other. Happy Mothers Day to all of the incredible mummas & mother figures being hero’s every single day. Thinking of those of you who find today extremely difficult.”

For the post, Joe was nowhere to be seen as rumours of a split continue to swirl. Roll it back a year, and Joe was front and centre of a post to mark the special occasion.
A clip of the couple enjoying Mother’s Day was shared. It was a clip from their Stacey & Joe fly-on-the-wall documentary series. The clan enjoyed eating their food outside as Joe told his partner: “This has all been made by the fair hands of your children.”

Stacey beamed: “This is the best Mother’s Day present ever.” She went on: “And do you know what the second best present is? Daddy’s gonna clean out the duck pond.” Speaking to the camera, Joe said: “It’s Mother’s Day. If she wants me to clean up some ducks, I’ll clean out some ducks.”
On Wednesday, Stacey addressed the rumours the couple had split. She also confessed she missed his emotional post he shared to mark Mother’s Day this year.
The mum appeared on This Morning with Ben Shephard and Cat Deeley as she discussed her judging stint on Britain’s Got Talen. However, conversation quickly turned to her love life.
Stacey admitted she didn’t see the former EastEnders man’s Mother’s Day post that was dedicated to her. Ben said: “It was just gorgeous. It was just talking about how you’ve got this incredible family and how you’re doing an amazing job. We love watching the two of you – but there’s all these crazy rumours going on at the minute.”
Stacey, who was seen with a ring back on her wedding finger for the TV appearance, quickly tackled the rumours head on, as she shot back: “What are the rumours? There’s a new rumour each week. I’m terrible. I don’t read any of that stuff.”
Looking down the barrel of the camera, Stacey said: “Have I not been wearing my ring? I probably took it off to go to the toilet or something, I don’t know!”
