Ingredients

  • ¾ cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • ¾ cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 3 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1½ teaspoons matcha powder
  • 3 tablespoons hot water
  • Ice (optional)
  • Boba (optional)

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare Strawberry Puree

  1. In a blender or using a masher, puree the strawberries with sugar until smooth. If using a blender, you can blend for about 10 seconds.
  2. Set aside the strawberry puree.

Step 2: Make the Matcha

  1. In a small bowl, sift the matcha powder to avoid clumps.
