Dressed in red, white and blue attire that they proudly accessorized with their new gold hardware, members of Team USA grabbed the mic to belt out Queen’s “We Are the Champions,” as captured in footage of the lively scene.
Olympic hero Jack Hughes — who scored the golden goal against Canada to give the U.S. its first Olympic gold in men’s hockey since 1980 — celebrated alongside brother Quinn and fellow siblings Brady and Matthew Tkachuk, the latter of whom had an American flag draped over his shoulders with a bottle of champagne that was sprayed into the crowd.
Jack, a center on the Devils, poured beer into the revelers at one point while J.T. Miller, captain of the Rangers, went crowd surfing.
The golden group eventually made their way onto a platform as Lynyrd Skynyrd’s “Free Bird” — Team USA’s Olympic anthem — blared over the speakers and clubgoers sang along.

A trip to the nation’s capital is on deck for the group, after President Donald Trump invited them to his State of the Union address Tuesday.
“We’re so proud to represent the U.S. and when you get the chance to go to the White House and meet the president, we’re proud to be Americans and that’s so patriotic,” overtime hero Hughes told the Daily Mail.
“No matter what your views are, we’re super excited to go to the White House tomorrow and be a part of that.”
The U.S. women’s hockey team, which also secured gold in Italy after a 2-1 overtime victory against Canada, declined Trump’s invite “due to the timing and previously scheduled academic and professional commitments.”
“They were honored to be included and are grateful for the acknowledgment,” the team said in a statement Monday.
Trump jokingly told the men’s team he would be impeached if he didn’t offer an invite to the women.
The Associated Press reported Monday “the women’s players didn’t learn of the invite until late Sunday night, making it difficult to change their travel plans.” Many of the players “were not scheduled to arrive in North America until Monday evening,” according to the report.
Flavor Flav has since invited the women’s squad to Las Vegas for an alternate celebration.
