‘The Valley’ Season 3 Cast Update: Who’s Back, New Faces, Exits And Major Life Changes

The Valley Season 3 is here! And the makers have brought some of our all-time favourites back to the screen. However, this season is said to be filled with new twists and turns as the crew prepares to reset their lives amid major life changes. So, as the show returns, let’s take a quick look at who will be coming back and who said goodbye to The Valley.

Danny and Nia return to the show with their family of four under four

Danny and Nia are now parents to four, and all their kids are surprisingly under four, which means the couple has their hands full as they try to navigate family life, social life and a move to distant Santa Clarita. However, as stress peaks, friends notice a different side to Danny as Nia tries to maintain the image of their picture-perfect marriage.

Kristin and Luke will explore the roles of parenthood in Season 3

Kristin and Luke have also welcomed a little ball of joy into their lives. As Kristen adjusts to the physical and routine changes of motherhood with baby Kaia, their relationship takes a back seat as they struggle to maintain social commitments and their romantic connection, putting their engagement in question. Additionally, their steadfast allegiance to Danny and Nia leaves some in the group confused by their unwavering loyalty.

Janet and Jason’s family dream unravels in an accident.

Following the drama of Season 2, Janet hopes to mend bridges with her friends and expand her family with Jason. As a result, she and Jason have started to look to begin their fertility journey. However, when Jason suffers a major injury, Janet is left having to take care of baby Cameron and Jason.

Zack and Benji get stuck between visa laws and the decision about having children

While Zack and Benji were trying to navigate what the future holds for them and even move to West Hollywood, things took a turn when changes to visa laws forced them to decide what they were willing to do to make their relationship work. Another conversation about kids creates tension between the two as Benji reveals a non-negotiable stance on having kids, prompting Zack to question whether he ever wants to be a dad. 

Jasmine and Melissa are engaged

Jasmine will be returning to Season 3 as a newly engaged! She and Melissa move into their new home in Sherman Oaks as they start planning their wedding. However, as Jasmine navigates the group dynamics, she must decide who to include in their special day. More drama unravels for her when her close bond with Zack takes a detour when she questions his loyalty and lack of support.

Jesse is all in with his girlfriend, Lacy

Jesse will be returning for Season 3, as he is all-in with his girlfriend, Lacy, a socialite from Orange County and is thrilled to finally have her he a part of the friend group. While Jesse and Michelle focus on co-parenting, Isabella, Jesse still struggles to find closure and move forward with their divorce. He further finds himself in the centre of all the drama after Lacy and Michelle butt heads during the season.

The single ladies rule The Valley Season 3

Brittany is all set to return for season three as she works on getting her sparkle back by thriving as a single mom to Cruz and taking a step toward a new, exciting romantic relationship. However, when she starts seeing her old flame, Brandon, her friends are not too sure about the pace of her relationship. As she waits for her divorce to be finalised, she gets a complete makeover and reclaims her energy. 

After a rough separation from Jesse, Michelle is also now fully embracing the single life and focusing on herself. While she is ready to fly free, her looming divorce with Jesse keeps holding her down. Following the first anniversary of her mom’s passing, Michelle works through her grief and forms a close bond with Lala and an unexpected friendship with Tom Schwartz.

Former Vanderpump Rules stars join the cast

Former Vanderpump Rules cast member, Lala Kent, was featured in the second season as a guest/friend of the show, but she has now been promoted to a full-time cast member. Another face all set to join the cast is Tom Schwartz, who was also featured as a guest/friend in Season 2. His bio for the show could be read as:

“Tom is eager to settle down and find his forever person, even testing the waters within the friend group. When a promising romantic interest comes into play, his friends question the validity of the relationship and his dating choices, creating friction for him in the group.”

Jax will not return to The Valley Season 3

The former Vanderpump Rules star, Jax, announced his exit from the show after the first two seasons in July 2025. He explained the reason for his exit, and revealed that he needs to focus on mental health, sobriety and co-parenting his son Cruz with his ex, Brittany Cartwright.

The Valley Season 3 to welcome a new couple?

There were rumours that The Valley will also have a new couple joining them. However, there was no mention of the same in the official season press release or trailer. Nonetheless, Tom Sandoval and his girlfriend, Victoria Lee Robinson, were rumoured to join the show. There were also rumours that former Vanderpump Rules stars, Scheana Shay and husband, Brock Davies, were joining the cast of The Valley over the past couple of years, and they have briefly appeared on the show as guests. However, it was later revealed that Scheana declined the offer.
