A premium commercial tower in Dubai, built in honor of Bollywood megastar Shah Rukh Khan, has been welcomed by investors. It was completely sold out on the first day of its launch. Shah Rukh Khan and Danube Group founder and chairman Rizwan Sajan were present at the launch of Shah Rukh Khan by Danube. Sajan stated that the project, valued at 2.1 billion dirhams (approximately ₹5,000 crore), was completely sold out on launch day.
Over 6,000 guests attended the launch, held at the Dubai Exhibition Centre, Expo City. These included prominent UAE celebrities, top creators, prominent businessmen, real estate giants, and global media figures. Sajan stated, “The record-breaking success of Shah Rukh Khan by Danube is a proud moment for us. This overwhelming response clearly demonstrates the unparalleled value of this project. It boasts an excellent location, offering easy access to Dubai’s key landmarks.”
