So, as fans swooned over their wedding look and the overall vibes the couple went for, Ranabaali makers had another surprise for the fans. Days after the couple tied the knot, the film’s makers have released the couple’s first look, along with a special surprise that has left everyone in awe.
Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna debut in Ranabaali
Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna tied the knot in an intimate ceremony at Mementos by ITC Hotels, Ekaaya Udaipur on Thursday, February 26, 2026. After sharing the screen space with each other in Geetha Govindam and Dear Comrade, the couple is all set to appear on the screen once again, this time as newlyweds. The duo will be seen together in Ranabaali, which is scheduled to release on September 11, 2026.
On Saturday, February 28, 2026, the director of Ranabaali, Rahul Sankrityan, shared a heartfelt post to congratulate the couple on their wedding and further gave fans a much-awaited glimpse of the couple in the film. The period action drama chose to celebrate the wedding of Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna by releasing a glimpse video of their wedding song, O Mere Saajan, from the film.
The much-loved actors will soon be seen living their real-life romance onscreen with Ranabaali. Taking to its social media timelines, the production house, Mythri Movie Makers shared the first look and the first song from the film. For the caption, they wrote:

About Ranabaali
Ranabaali is produced by Naveen Yerneni and Y Ravi Shankar on a grand scale under the banner Mythri Movie Makers. T-Series’ Gulshan Kumar and Bhushan Kumar will be presenting the film. The film is set against a British-era backdrop in the 19th century. Rahul Sankrityan’s period action drama is inspired by real historical events and is being mounted as a massive pan-India project. Talking about the song released by the makers, O Mere Saiyaan is a romantic song that shows ‘Jayamma’ arriving at ‘Ranabaali’s’ home after their wedding.

Ajay-Atul have composed the music, while the Hindi version is written by Kshitij Patwardhan. O Mere Saiyaan was sung by Javed Ali and Shweta Mohan. Vijay Deverakonda essays the role of ‘Ranabaali’, while Rashmika Mandanna plays his wife, ‘Jayamma’ in the film. Arnold Vosloo, best known for playing the villain in The Mummy and The Mummy Returns, will be seen in the role of the antagonist, ‘Sir Theodore Hector’.
