Elsewhere, she confronts her past and opens up about her bombshell decision to leave Little Mix in 2020. Breaking her silence on relentless pressure, the battle with mental health and the controversies that followed.
Speaking at the Life After Little Mix premiere earlier this month. Jesy said: “I go into the reason why I left Little Mix, which I’ve never, ever spoken about, and that was really tough because there’s been a constant narrative that’s been written about me.”
“I believe it gave a false narrative of why I left – this was my turn to say this is my truth, and this is why I left. I also really hope that it gets put to bed after this because I feel like I’ve been carrying that weight for a really long time.”
All six episodes of Jesy Nelson: Life After Little Mix are streaming now and fans can watch them totally free.
