Tyler Glasnow isn’t going anywhere.

Amid reports that the Dodgers are in pursuit of Tigers ace Tarik Skubal, Glasnow dispelled recent rumors that he could headline the potential blockbuster bid.

During a Sunday appearance on MLB Network Radio, the former All-Star right-hander acknowledged he’d heard the chatter but revealed that Dodgers president of baseball operations Andrew Friedman personally assured him that he was staying put.

“I’d seen some rumors that I would get traded for him, so I didn’t know what to believe,” Glasnow said.

“[But] I talked to [Andrew Friedman] and the front office and they were like, ‘No, you’re not going anywhere.’ So they told me I’m not going to get traded and I trust them.”

Perhaps the most striking tidbit to stem from last week’s relatively mundane winter meetings was ESPN’s report that the defending, back-to-back World Series champs were looking to fortify their rotation — which boasted a 2.68 ERA over 104 postseason innings — with the reigning, back-to-back AL Cy Young winner.

Glasnow, who has battled injuries but is fresh off posting a 1.69 ERA with 25 strikeouts across six postseason appearances and remains under contract through 2028, was viewed as a prime candidate to anchor the haul — and someone that LA has reportedly included in trade talks.

“Tyler Glasnow’s name has come up in conversations, and the Dodgers would not be opposed to moving him,” wrote ESPN’s Alden Gonzalez in an article published Dec. 11. “There are certainly a fair share of teams that will bank on him staying healthy enough to make [his contract] worthwhile.”

During the winter meetings, Tigers president Scott Harris revealed that Skubal — who pitched to an AL-best 2.21 ERA with 241 strikeouts across 195 1/3 innings to earn his second straight Cy Young — was not “untouchable” after Detroit fell short in the AL Division Series.

Glasnow, a 32-year-old SoCal native, told MLB Network that he hopes the Dodgers can lure him to LA.

“I think it would be sick if we went out and got him,” he said. “He’s probably one of the most unbelievable pitchers I’ve ever seen.”

The Dodgers own a stockpile of potential trade assets but would likely need to get creative in order to acquire Detroit’s flamethrowing southpaw without Glasnow.

LA’s rotation is stacked as is, also boasting the likes of Shohei Ohtani, Blake Snell, Roki Sasaki, and reigning World Series MVP Yoshinobu Yamamoto.

The Dodgers remain aggressive as they aim to continue bolstering an already dynastic roster, recently signing former Mets closer Edwin Diaz on a three-year, $69 million deal.
