According to reports by The People and The Times of India, Joseph is facing charges for lewd and lascivious molestation of a victim under 12. These allegations relate to incidents that occurred during a family vacation in Panama City Beach, Florida, in 2020. Moreover, he faces another charge with his wife, Kendra, for four counts of endangering the welfare of a minor and four counts of false imprisonment. These charges were filed by the Tontitown authorities in Arkansas in a separate case.
