While the controversy surrounding the former head coach of the University of Michigan may not be resolved, the curiosity has shifted towards the alleged woman/staffer linked to the case, Paige Shiver. Following Sherrone Moore’s termination and arrest on December 10, 2025, the executive assistant’s name has taken over social media, with questions about her role and current whereabouts.

After Sherrone Moore’s termination, Paige Shiver’s current location and employment status are unclear. Although she was last officially employed as an executive assistant to the University of Michigan’s head coach, there is no confirmation on whether she is still working there or not. Officials have yet not identify her as the alleged employee linked to Sherrone Moore’s “inappropriate relationship” at the workplace. It has left her connection to the investigation completely unverified. 

At the same time, with the increasing spotlight, Paige Shiver has vanished from the digital space. She made her Instagram account private and deactivated both her LinkedIn and X (formerly Twitter) handles immediately after Sherrone’s dismissal became public. According to her previous profiles, Paige used to live in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, but professionally worked in Ann Arbor, Michigan, during her time with the football program.

Meanwhile, her exact location as of December 2025 has not been disclosed. Her friends and former colleagues told multiple outlets how she preferred to live a private life and was a well-respected figure in Michigan athletics. She was diagnosed with Pompe disease in 2016, a rare muscular condition she described in a feature for the Chicago Bears.

Paige Shiver became the focus of intense public scrutiny after Sherrone Moore was fired for what has been described as his “inappropriate relationship with a staff member.” Although officials did not name the individual involved in the case, netizens quickly linked it to Paige due to her role as Sherrone Moore’s executive assistant 

Further, the speculation gained momentum when fans found that Paige Shiver and Sherrone Moore’s wife, Kelli, used to follow each other on Instagram. Whereas the coach himself did not follow his wife, raising questions about whether they were friends and whether there was a breach of trust. At the same time, fans noted how Sherrone himself did not follow his wife, and instead followed “Instagram models and thirst-trap accounts.”

Sherrone Moore quickly rose to headlines when the University of Michigan terminated him after an internal investigation claimed to have “credible evidence” of workplace misconduct on December 10, 2025. After just 30 minutes, the Pittsfield Township police responded to an alleged attack at 4:10, reportedly involving Sherrone. He was soon detailed around 8:30 pm and taken to Washtenaw County Jail, where he remains awaiting trial. 

Incidentally, Sherrone Moore’s termination has left him without most of his multimillion-dollar contract buyout. Overall, the termination, public scrutiny, arrest, and financial loss mark a dramatic fall for the coach who once led the University of Michigan to major victories. Simultaneously, neither he nor Paige Shiver has released any public statements on the matter.
