Taylor Lautner and Tay Lautner first met in December 2017, and the meetup was organised by Taylor’s younger sister, Makena Moore. Makena met Tay at a church in Nashville and became convinced she was her brother’s potential “future wife”. Since Taylor loved game nights, his sister suggested he host one while she was in town for Christmas. Makena hatched the plan so she could casually arrange for Tay and Taylor to meet. Taylor shared that he was initially sceptical and dismissive of his sister’s attempt to set him up.
