XO, Kitty is an American romantic comedy drama created by Jenny Han for Netflix. The show premiered on May 18, 2023, and is now all set to return for Season 3. According to reports, the series is a spinoff of the To All the Boys film series, which itself was adapted from Jenny’s trilogy, To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before. The author not only serves as the writer of the Netflix series but also as its executive producer. So, as the show prepares to return for its final season, let’s take a look at what we know about the show.

XO, Kitty to return for Season 3, when and where to watch?

‘Kitty’ (Anna Cathcart) will be returning to XO, Kitty, and she has a bucket list for her final year as a student in Korea. However, the biggest thing she is looking forward to ticking off is defining her relationship with ‘Min Ho’ (Sang Heon Lee). The upcoming season of the To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before spin-off series is all set to premiere on April 2, 2026, and fans have been on the edge about it. The trailer shows ‘Kitty’ in her final year, using a checklist to figure out what’s next for her academically. She will also spend some time with her new extended family in Korea.

However, the bigger trouble for her is trying to figure out if she indeed has feelings for ‘Min Ho’. This confusion will allegedly lead to further conflicts between him and ‘Kitty’. The trailer also features her reaching out to her sister, ‘Lara Jean Covey’ (Lana Condor), who books a flight to Korea to help her. Season 3 of XO, Kitty will drop on Thursday on Netflix.

Anna Cathcart reacts to fan theories about XO, Kitty

Anna Cathcart, in a recent conversation with USA Today, was asked about her thoughts on the fan theories. The actress shared that she is often left impressed by what fans often come up with. She revealed that fans often connect scenes that even the writers hadn’t thought of. She was quoted as saying:

“I always find that so impressive that they’re so talented and the details that they notice or the things they piece together, that sometimes aren’t even like…we didn’t even intentionally do that. They’re like ‘This scene relates to this scene because…’ And we’re like, none of the writers even thought of that, but you found a whole new plotline. That’s so impressive. And I love seeing the fans get excited about things.”
