Now, Bhaskar Jyoti Mahanta’s brother has been arrested in the case. The Chief Minister of Assam, Himanta Biswa Sarma, mentioned that a chargesheet will be filed against Shyamkanu Mahanta before December 17, citing Garg’s death as a murder and no accident.
