يأتي هذا في إطار تنظيم عمليات الشراء الموحد وتعزيز كفاءة الإنفاق الحكومي.

سيارات الإسعاف

وأكد المجلس أن تنفيذ القرار يجب ألا يترتب عليه أي أعباء مالية إضافية على الخزينة العامة للدولة، مع التشديد على عدم طلب زيادة في الأسقف المالية المعتمدة للجهات الحكومية بسبب تطبيقه.

جاء اعتماد هذا القرار بناءً على طلب وزير المالية، الذي تضمن حصر شراء سيارات الإسعاف وتجهيزاتها عبر شركة ”نوبكو“، باعتبارها الجهة المختصة بالشراء الموحد للأدوية والأجهزة والمستلزمات الطبية.
