وأفادت القوات المسلحة السودانية، في بيان، أن سلاح الجو كثّف غاراتها الجوية على تلك المواقع، ما أدى إلى قطع خطوط إمداد قوات الدعم السريع وشل حركتها.

وأشارت إلى أن الغارات أستهدفت مراكز لمخازن الأسلحة والذخائر تستخدمها تلك القوات في المنطقة، وذلك في إطار عمليات عسكرية متصاعدة تهدف إلى تأمين الحدود.
