أعلنت وزارة الدفاع الكويتية أن العدوان الإيراني استهدف مبنى تابعًا لإحدى الشركات الصينية شمال البلاد، ما أسفر عن وفاة عامل، وإلحاق أضرار مادية جسيمة بالمبنى.

وقال المتحدث الرسمي باسم وزارة الدفاع، العقيد الركن سعود عبدالعزيز العطوان، إن الجهات المختصة باشرت فور وقوع الحادث اتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة والتعامل مع الموقف بالتنسيق مع الجهات المعنية.
وأكد أن القوات المسلحة الكويتية تواصل تنفيذ مهامها بكفاءة عالية، وتتخذ جميع الإجراءات اللازمة لحماية سيادة البلاد وصون أمنها واستقرارها، بالتنسيق مع الجهات المختصة، بما يضمن سلامة المواطنين والمقيمين.
