وقال دومينغيز بشأن عملية الإجلاء التي أعلنتها الثلاثاء هذه الوكالة التابعة للأمم المتحدة والمكلفة السلامة في البحر، والتي ستتيح لـ600 سفينة عالقة منذ بدء الحرب مغادرة المنطقة أخيرا، “سنحتاج إلى بضعة أسابيع أخرى قبل أن نتمكن فعلا من إنجاز إجلاء” جميع البحارة.
