وأوضحت إدارة الإطفاء والإنقاذ في فيكتوريا، أنها تلقت بلاغات متعددة عن انفجارات وألسنة لهب في مصفاة فيفا للنفط في مدينة غيلونغ في الولاية، ولم تتم السيطرة على الحريق بعد رغم أنه محصور حاليًا في المحطة، إذ شمل الوقود السائل والغازات.
