وأعلن المطار في بيان عبر إكس “استأنفنا العمليات جزئيا اعتبارا من اليوم 7 مارس مع تشغيل بعض الرحلات من مطار دبي الدولي دبي ورلد سنترال – آل مكتوم الدولي”.
وأضاف المطار متوجها إلى المسافرين “نحثّكم على عدم التوجه إلى المطار ما لم تتواصل معكم شركة الطيران الخاصة بكم لتأكيد رحلتكم حيث قد تستمر الجداول في التغيير”، وذلك بعدما افادت حكومة دبي في وقت سابق أنه تم التعامل “مع حادث محدود نتيجة سقوط شظية ناجمة عن عملية اعتراض ناجحة للدفاعات الجوية”.
وفي وقت سابق من اليومـ، أعلن مطار دبي، الأكثر ازدحامًا في العالم من حيث حركة الطيران الدولي، السبت، تعليق جميع عملياته بصورة موقتة بعد عملية اعتراض في الأجواء فوقه، في وقت قالت الإمارات أنها تتعرض لهجوم من إيران.
