وقال تورك في جنيف إن عام 2025 شهد “زيادة بأكثر من مرتين ونصف مرة في عدد المدنيين الذين قُتلوا مقارنة بالعام السابق”، من دون احتساب المفقودين والجثث المجهولة الهوية، محملًا قوات الدعم السريع والجيش و”رعاتهما الأجانب” مسؤولية ذلك.
