وبينت أن كاشف الدخان يسهم في اكتشاف الحريق مبكرًا من خلال إطلاق تنبيهات صوتية مرتفعة تُوقظ النائم.
كما تحذر من وجود دخان، وتُسهل تحديد موقعه، لتعزيز سرعة الاستجابة والسيطرة على الحريق.
