وقال الأمين العام للمنظمة، أرسينيو دومينغيز: “قررت أن أعلّق مؤقتًا تنفيذ الخطة بهدف إعادة التأكيد على أن ضمانات السلامة اللازمة لا تزال قائمة بالنسبة للسفن المدرجة في قائمة الإجلاء لدينا، وكذلك لجميع السفن الموجودة في المنطقة”.
