وقالت الوكالة التابعة للأمم المتحدة عبر منصة إكس إن المعلومات الواردة إليها تفيد بأن المفاعل كان قيد التشغيل وقت وقوع الحادثة، إلا أن نمط تشغيله لم يتغير ولم يندلع أي حريق.
