وأعلن المركز الروسي للإرصاد الجوية حال الإنذار البرتقالي في العاصمة، على أن يستمر حتى صباح الثلاثاء.
وتسبب ثقل الثلوج في تحطيم أشجار خصوصا في وسط المدينة، ما ألحق أضرارا بسيارات وأغلق أرصفة، بحسب مراسلي وكالة فرانس برس.
وفي ضواحي العاصمة، تراكمت الثلوج وطمرت السيارات.
وأعلنت سلطات موسكو عبر تطبيق تلغرام أنها تتوقع تدهورا إضافيا في الأحوال الجوية خلال اليوم، مع “تساقط كثيف” للثلوج و”رياح تصل سرعتها إلى 23 مترا في الثانية (83 كيلومترا في الساعة)”.
ودعت السلطات السكان إلى توخي الحذر.
