وقال غوتيريش خلال اجتماع لمجلس الأمن الدولي حول الوضع في المنطقة: “يجب ألا نقلّل من مخاطر تحوّل حريق محدود إلى حريق شامل، أو بعبارة أخرى إلى حرب شاملة”.
