وأوضحت السلطات أن الأمطار المصاحبة لإعصار “مايساك” أدت إلى ارتفاع منسوب المياه وتجاوز مستويات الإنذار في عدد من الأنهار، ما استدعى إجلاء نحو 48 ألف شخص من المناطق المتضررة.

وفي إطار جهود الاستجابة، أعلنت وزارة إدارة الطوارئ الصينية تخصيص 150 ألف مادة إغاثية لمنطقة قوانغشي، كما رفعت مستوى الاستجابة الطارئة لمواجهة الفيضانات من المستوى الثالث إلى المستوى الثاني.
