أكدت وزارة السياحة على ضرورة اجتياز مرافق الضيافة لكشف الزيارة الميدانية للجاهزية التشغيلية في الموعد المحدد.

عقود موثقة
وأوضحت الوزارة أن التعاقدات لتقديم الخدمات يجب أن تقتصر على العقود الموثقة عبر وزارة الحج والعمرة وفق الإجراءات المعتمدة خلال الموسم.
وشددت التعليمات على توفير المياه الصالحة للشرب من المصادر الرسمية، مع اشتراط تقديم شهادات فحص وتنظيف وتعقيم للخزانات من جهات معتمدة قبل بدء الموسم.

كيانات مرخصة
ألزمت الوزارة المستثمرين بتأمين التيار الكهربائي من المصدر الرسمي المعتمد، إلى جانب إبرام عقود شاملة للتشغيل والصيانة والنظافة مع كيانات مرخصة.
وبينت أن عقود الصيانة الإلزامية تغطي المصاعد، وأنظمة التكييف، والسباكة، ومكافحة الحريق، وكاميرات المراقبة، إضافة إلى مكافحة الحشرات وإدارة النفايات.

أعمال الصيانة
ولفتت الوزارة إلى وجوب إنهاء كافة أعمال الصيانة المزعجة قبل وصول النزلاء لضمان استقرارهم وعدم إعاقة تسكينهم.
وحذرت التعليمات من إقامة أي أنشطة إعلامية داخل النزل من قبل المرفق أو النزلاء دون تصاريح رسمية، مانعة في الوقت ذاته وضع أي ملصقات على الواجهات أو الحوائط الداخلية والمصاعد.
وكشفت الوزارة عن منع طبخ أو إعداد الأطعمة والمشروبات داخل المرافق، والاكتفاء بتقديم الوجبات المجهزة مسبقاً خارج المرفق في الأماكن المخصصة.

لوحات إرشادية
وحظرت الوزارة استخدام الصالات، والمطابخ، والقبو، وأدوار الميزانين، والأسطح لأغراض السكن أو التخزين، مع وجوب النص على ذلك في مستند الحجز وتوفير لوحات إرشادية.
وتوعدت بتطبيق العقوبات المنصوص عليها في المادة السادسة عشرة من نظام السياحة بحق المخالفين لهذه التعليمات.
