It is not unexpected and it is not official, but the Las Vegas Raiders are not projected to receive any 2027 comp draft picks.
According to Over The Cap, which has a strong reputation in projecting these types of things, the Raiders will not get any comp picks.

These picks, which will be announced by the NFL next offseason, are based on the previous year’s free-agent signings. The Raiders signed many more free agents than they lost. Thus, they are not in line to get any comp picks.
The site projects the Green Bay Packers will get a fifth-round comp pick for the Raiders signing linebacker Quay Walker, the Indianapolis Colts getting a ffifth-round comp pick for the Raiders signing defensive end Kwity Paye and the Minnesota Vikings will get a sixth-rond pick for the Raiders signing wide receiver Jalen Nailor.
