But she ended up in a heated altercation with him, and in self-defence, she inflicted knife wounds on him. Now, she is cramped in a 10-woman cell as she is all set to face execution for reportedly stabbing William Treeby to death.

Brooke’s 55-year-old mother recently talked about the death penalty given to her daughter in Dubai. She pleaded not to let her little girl face the firing squad. Brooke claimed that she was beaten and abused by the man she had killed, whom she had met online. The mother shared that her daughter is terrified, vulnerable and has no idea what to do.

Brooke George has over 100,000 followers on TikTok. She met William on Facebook in April 2026. Within a few weeks, he invited her to Dubai, where he took her to expensive restaurants and showered her with loads of love. But the second time when Brooke went to Dubai, everything was changed. As per her, he became controlling and abusive.
However, Brooke’s was left scared when she found out that William had only arranged for a one-way ticket for her. Brooke further revealed that she was assaulted by an intoxicated William in their car after a night out. However, it continued even after they returned to their apartment. Her family realised that something was not right with her.
The family shared that earlier she was jovial. On the second day of the trip, the family found out that Brooke was left alone in the apartment, which never happened. She wanted to come back home. As per the police, Brooke was punched repeatedly by William before she found out that he had possession of her passport. However, Brooke acted in her self-defence as she reached out for the kitchen knife and stabbed William. It all happened as she was begging for her passport, but William assaulted her.
Brooke was stopped at the airport, and her bruises were clearly visible. Later, she was charged with murder. It is worth mentioning that despite being detained in Dubai, the investigation is not fully completed. She has been facing either the death penalty by standing in front of a firing squad for murdering her boyfriend, or life in prison with no parole.

Another penned, “I’m so sorry to hear this. Ladies, this is why travelling to countries that have an embassy that represents your country is another level of security. If someone steals your passport, you don’t have to fight with them; just get to your embassy. They will get you an emergency one and get you out of there ASAP.”
