Hyderabad: A day after six members of a family lost their lives in a road accident on Outer Ring Road (ORR), a car overturned at exit-14 on ORR near Tukkuguda on Saturday afternoon injuring four persons travelling in it. Of the four, the condition of one person is critical, according to police.
The police said the accident occurred when the car was proceeding towards Kanha Shanti Vanam in Shamshabad from Nandigama. Upon receiving information, the Pahadisherif police rushed to the spot and rushed the injured to a private hospital. Using a crane, the police cleared the car and ensured smooth flow of the traffic on the highway.
On Friday evening, six members of a family, including children, were killed and one survived after their car rammed into a parked lorry on the ORR near Pedda Golconda. The lone survivor was shifted to hospital in critical condition.
