بدأت وزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية اليوم الأحد 19 أبريل 2026 تطبيق قراري رفع نسب التوطين في مهن التسويق والمبيعات إلى 60%، وذلك بعد انتهاء فترة السماح الممنوحة لمنشآت القطاع الخاص.
حد أدنى للأجور يبلغ 5500 ريال
وأوضحت الوزارة أن القرار يطبق على المنشآت التي يعمل بها 3 موظفين أو أكثر في هذه المهن، مع تحديد حد أدنى للأجور يبلغ 5500 ريال لاحتساب السعودي ضمن نسبة التوطين في وظائف التسويق.
ويشمل القرار عددًا من المهن في مجالي التسويق والمبيعات، ضمن جهود الوزارة لرفع نسب التوطين وتعزيز مشاركة الكوادر الوطنية في سوق العمل.
