Vogue Williams has opened up about suffering two miscarriages before falling pregnant with baby number four.
The star, who announced she was expecting her fourth child with Spencer Matthews this week, says she “felt like her body failed her” and the loss has made her “nervous” throughout her current pregnancy.
Speaking on her YouTube channel, Vogue explained that her first miscarriage was “really upsetting” but she soon fell pregnant with Gigi, who the couple welcomed in 2020.
But she was faced with more heartbreak last year when she attended her 12-week scan and was told it wasn’t “really a pregnancy” because the embryo hadn’t grown. Vogue said she was “really upset” and felt “embarrassed”, adding that she felt as if her body had “kind of failed” her.
While she’s grateful to be pregnant again, Vogue admits the experience has made her “nervous”. She said: “I know I’m very happy that we are pregnant again, but as I said, the nerves will kind of always be there.”

The duo stood with their bellies touching on a beach as Vogue captioned her upload: “BABY NUMBER 4 INCOMING.” She added love heart emojis to her reveal.
The reel continued to show the happy parents with their three other kids as the smiled for the camera on a beach in St Barts. In the third picture, a topless Spencer is seen beaming as he cradles his wife’s small bump in front of the crystal clear ocean.
Luke Mabbott was among the users sharing their delight in the comments section. He gushed: “Aww huge congratulations guys.” He added praying hands emojis and a love heart.
Star of The Traitors, Roxy, also shared a congratulatory message. She wrote: “Aah amazing, huge congratulations,” and included an emoji face with love hearts.
The new addition will see podcaster Vogue and her Made In Chelsea man Spencer bring another sibling for Theodore, seven, Gigi, five, and Otto, three.
The duo, who married in 2018, have been sharing snaps from the lavish getaway on Instagram. Days earlier, Vogue had gushed the family were having “the best time” as she shared a sneak peek at their holiday.
In the upload, both she and hubby Spencer were smiling for the selfie as they got the luscious backdrop in shot. They recently had to play down rumours of a split. And the latest announcement seems to have firmly poured cold water on the speculation.
Vogue recently addressed the claims. Speaking to The Sun, she explained how questions arose when Spencer left the couple’s podcast. And she admitted that while she wouldn’t normally give the speculation any attention, she had to as she was worried their kids might hear the “baseless and cruel” gossip at school.
Speaking on Instagram, she said: “It’s with great sadness that I have to let you know that Spen and I are NOT breaking up! I usually avoid addressing baseless and cruel rumours, but this just keeps coming up.
“It’s disappointing to see this narrative being pushed almost daily when it’s absolutely not true, and much more importantly, I don’t want my children hearing these lies in the playground.
“We’re not sure what the angle is or where it’s coming from, but the whole thing feels very strange and mean. We’re very happily married and in love and I hope posting the truth on my own platform might make it stop.”
